This is FULL of beef. This will keep a family of 4 fed for a approximatley 12 months. With this package, you'll have your own little grocery store beef section right at home in your freezer. This requires approximately 16-20 cubic feet of freezer space.

Make your deposit of $1000 today and pay the remaining balance after animal goes to locker. Remaining will be hanging weight x 8 lb minus deposit. This will be due at pickup/delivery or before. Once Deposit it paid you will receive a cut list and fill out and return with your selection of cuts.
